New features – Workflow Notification Action – Dynamics 365 Finance 10.0.15
Feature Workflow Notification Action ở version 10.0.15 cho phép người dùng trực tiếp đi đến Document (Vendor invoice, Vendor payment journal,…) được yêu cầu approve từ Action center mà không cần vào từng màn hình thông qua Work item assign to me như các version trước.
Trước khi enable feature, người dùng chỉ có thể thấy thông báo từ Action center:
Để enable feature này, môi trường sử dụng cần có version từ 10.0.15 trở lên
Bước 1: Enable feature trong Features management
Bước 2: Vào User option > Tab Work flow > Enable Send notification to Action center

Sau khi enable feature, người dùng có thể trực tiếp đến Document cần approve bằng cách click vào View:
Thực hiện Approve/ Reject Document
